Cancellations & running late

Appointments are in high demand. Giving notice allows another patient on the waitlist to be seen.

  • Please give as much notice as possible — ideally at least two business days — to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a cancellation fee, which is not claimable through Medicare.
  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to finish at its scheduled time, or another appointment may be needed.
  • If you are unwell, a telehealth consultation may be offered as an alternative — please contact reception.
  • Appointments are strictly required for all scripts, letters, certificates and medication adjustments.

Specific fees and notice periods are confirmed by the practice at the time of booking.
